You don’t have to worry! With the Subscription Plan, we automatically ship a new unit every 3, 6, or 12 months (depending on your plan) to ensure optimal purity year-round. If you purchased a one-time unit, we recommend ordering a replacement every 3 months.
I have multiple bathrooms. How do I cover my whole home?
We recommend the 12 month subscription option in our subscription plan. This ensures that every shower in your home is protected with a fresh filter, and you receive the best overall per-unit discount.

Do you ship overseas?
We currently ship within Singapore and Malaysia only. Shipping costs apply and will be calculated at checkout.
How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?
You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Please review the information carefully, as we are not responsible for shipping errors caused by incorrect personal details. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact our customer service team immediately.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Delivery times depend on your location. Orders shipped within the Philippines typically arrive within 5–7 business days after processing. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the courier.
How do I cancel my order?
If your order status is “Unfulfilled,” please contact Customer Service immediately to request a cancellation. Once an order is marked “Fulfilled,” it can no longer be stopped or refunded, as the package is already being packed or is out for delivery.
Can I return my order?
Please refer to our Return Policy. We only accept returns for defective or unopened items. To be eligible, please contact our customer service at email@aquawel.co within 7 business days from the date of delivery. Requests or claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

How to install Aquawel Shower Filter?
Installing the shower filter is quick and easy—no tools required. Simply remove your existing showerhead, attach the shower filter to the shower hose, and then reattach your showerhead to the filter. Make sure all connections are tightened securely to prevent leaks. Once installed, run the water for a few minutes before use.
Is this compatible with my heater model?
Yes. Aquawel is designed with a universal 1/2-inch connection, the global standard for water heaters. It fits 100% of Champs, Panasonic, Alpha, and Ariston heaters.
Will it affect shower pressure?
The AquaWel shower filter is designed to maintain optimal water flow. You may notice a very slight change in pressure, but it should not significantly affect your shower experience.
