Does AquaWel remove chloramine?
AquaWel-filtered water was independently tested by an accredited Singapore laboratory (Analabs, Lab No. AC/WE/4927A/26, tested on a new filter; see the full report). Free chlorine and chloramine were both not detected, meaning below the 0.01 ppm detection limit.
Will it help my skincare products work?
AquaWel is a shower filter, not a skincare treatment. Many customers tell us their skin feels less dry after showering, so their usual moisturiser feels like it goes further. Results vary from person to person.
Is it suitable for children and sensitive skin?
It’s made for everyday family showers and a softer feel on skin and hair. For infants, or anyone with a skin condition, please check with your doctor first. AquaWel is a cosmetic shower filter, not a medical treatment.

How to install Aquawel Shower Filter?
Installing the shower filter is quick and easy—no tools required. Simply unscrew your shower hose, twist on AquaWel, and screw the hose back on. Make sure all connections are tightened securely to prevent leaks. Once installed, run the water for a few minutes before use.
Is this compatible with my heater model?

Will it affect shower pressure?
