These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of aquawel.co and to all purchases made on it. The website is operated by Sovereign Flows Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202551799H), a company registered in Singapore, trading as AquaWel (“AquaWel”, “we”, “us”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Our products
- AquaWel shower filters are cosmetic shower accessories. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any medical or skin condition. If you have a skin condition, or are buying for an infant, please check with your doctor.
- Singapore’s tap water is safe to drink. Our products are about how your shower water feels on your skin and hair.
- Each filter lasts up to 3 months. Actual lifespan depends on water usage and conditions.
- Lab results we publish (Lab No. AC/WE/4927A/26) relate to the sample and conditions tested. Individual experiences may vary.
- Product photos are for illustration. Packaging may vary slightly.
2. Orders and prices
- All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD).
- Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or the order breaks an offer’s conditions (for example a second First-Time Trial for the same household).
- Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, HitPay.
3. Delivery
- We currently deliver within Singapore only. Delivery is free.
- Orders usually arrive within 2–3 working days by Ninja Van. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by events outside our control.
- Please make sure your delivery details are correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details you provide.
4. Refunds, returns and warranty
Our 15-day money-back guarantee, manufacturing-defect warranty and cancellation terms are set out in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Offers, vouchers, referrals and affiliate links
- Promotions, the First-Time Trial, vouchers and referral rewards are subject to the conditions shown with each offer. Unless stated otherwise, they cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or combined beyond what the offer allows.
- First-Time Trial: one per household (same name, phone number or delivery address). Trial vouchers are released after the 15-day money-back period and are not issued for refunded orders.
- Vouchers are valid for the period stated when issued, one per order. Some vouchers become usable in stages, from the date shown on each voucher.
- We may withhold or cancel vouchers, rewards or commissions obtained through fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts or breach of an offer’s conditions.
- We may change or end an offer at any time. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
- If you share a referral code, the Refer a Friend rules shown in My Account also apply. Affiliates receive their programme terms separately.
6. Installation and safe use
- Install the filter by hand as shown in our instructions. Do not over-tighten fittings or use tools that may damage them.
- Check that the filter fits your shower connection before use. If it doesn’t fit, our money-back guarantee applies.
- Replace the whole unit every 3 months for consistent performance.
7. Reviews and content you send us
If you send us a review, photo or video (for example to claim trial vouchers), you agree that we may share it on our website and social media, showing your initials only. You can ask us to stop using it at any time by contacting us.
8. Website content
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and the AquaWel name, belongs to AquaWel or is used with permission. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.
10. Privacy
We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
