This Privacy Policy explains how Sovereign Flows Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202551799H), trading as AquaWel (“AquaWel”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal data when you visit aquawel.co, buy from us, or contact us. We handle personal data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

1. Personal data we collect

Order and contact details: name, delivery address, postal code, phone number and email address.
Order information: products bought, order value, discount or referral codes used, and delivery status.
Payment information: payments are processed by our payment provider, HitPay. We do not see or store your full card details.
Messages: what you send us by WhatsApp (+65 8797 9966), email or our contact form, including reviews, photos and videos you choose to send.
Website usage data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and how you arrived at our website (for example a referral or affiliate link), collected through cookies and similar tools (see section 5).

2. How we use your personal data

To process, deliver and support your orders, refunds and warranty claims.
To reply to your questions and requests.
To run our First-Time Trial, voucher, referral and affiliate programmes, including checking eligibility (for example one trial per household) and paying commissions.
With your consent, to publish reviews, photos or videos you send us on our website and social media. We show your initials only, never your full name.
With your consent, to send you promotions and offers. You can opt out at any time.
To understand how our website is used and improve it.
To prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.

3. Who we share your personal data with

We share personal data only as needed for the purposes above, with:

our delivery partner (Ninja Van) to deliver your order;
our payment provider (HitPay) to process payment;
our website hosting, email and analytics providers;
affiliates or referrers, limited to what is needed to confirm and pay a commission or reward (we do not share your address or payment details);
government or law enforcement authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Transfers outside Singapore

Some of our service providers (for example website hosting and analytics) may store or process data outside Singapore. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your personal data receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.

5. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your session, and measure how the website is used. We use:

Google Analytics to understand visits and purchases;
Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors move around our pages (clicks, scrolling) to help us improve the website. We do not use it to record payment details;
TikTok Pixel to measure the results of our TikTok content and advertising;
WooCommerce order attribution to record which page or link led to an order (for example an affiliate link).

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the website, such as checkout, may not work without them.

6. How long we keep your personal data

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to meet accounting, tax and legal requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

7. Protecting your personal data

We use reasonable security arrangements to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, use or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you.
You can withdraw consent for marketing messages or for the use of your review, photo or video at any time. Withdrawing consent may mean we cannot provide some services.
We will respond to requests within a reasonable time, as required by the PDPA.

9. Children

Our website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
